WORST EVER COVER VERSION

And the winner is…

According to a poll by Total Guitar magazine, Celine Dion is now the proud owner of the title of ‘Worst Cover Ever’ for her take on AC/DC’s You Shook Me All Night Long.

And well deserved too in our opinion. Others on the list include Will Young murdering The Doors and the hideous money-making Mike Flowers Pops version of Wonderwall.

In brighter news the magazine also listed the best covers, rightly won by Jimi Hendrix’s wonderful version of Bob Dylan’s All Along The Watchtower. On that theme, here’s Simon Collison’s opinion on the matter.

The fastest way to RSI, but it’s worth it…

Following on from our recent post detailing the time-wasting merits of online Flash games, we’ve found another corker.

Rock Solid Games have produced Robokill, a fantastic top-down shoot-em up, very similar to an old Alien/Predator game we remember from the Amiga days. You have to pay to access the full version, but the free demo levels are more than enough to waste away a few hours.
