It was hardly surprising last week to read that Radio 1’s Chris Moyles Show is fast closing-in on ratings leader Terry Wogan over on Radio 2.
While Wogan has his avid listeners, there is no doubt his aging style of humour will eventually be pushed aside by the more spontaneous Moyles and his team. The weekly Best Of Moyles podcast is an excellent example, condensing the best bits of each week’s shows into a great half hour of entertainment.
Last week’s download featured the very funny Sunday Surgery restyling of the team and a new TV idea for phone-in caller Paul Daniels. Great stuff.
